Medicare Planning Partners is an FMO/IMO company that provides marketing and sales support to licensed insurance agents and brokers. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

To use our services, you must be a licensed insurance agent or broker and comply with the laws and regulations of your state. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services if we determine that you are not eligible.

You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Medicare Marketing Guidelines, as well as any applicable carrier-specific rules and guidelines. You also agree to comply with our policies and procedures as described on our website and in our training materials.

You may use our services to market and sell Medicare-related products, subject to the limitations and restrictions imposed by federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, and any applicable carrier-specific rules and guidelines.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information you may receive from us, including but not limited to carrier information, commission rates, and marketing materials.

All materials provided to you by Medicare Planning Partners, including but not limited to marketing materials, training materials, and software, are the property of Medicare Planning Partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials only in connection with your authorized use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by providing us with written notice.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Medicare Planning Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or regulation.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the modified terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Medicare Planning Partners with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Medicare Planning Partners.
